A Brief History

On March 5, 1936, Pastor Terry L. Smith and a group of men rented the front of an old furniture store that faced the back of Don’s Market. As growth continued, this church became the 8th Assembly of God in the State of Arizona. The church is now located on the corner of Kortsen Avenue and Casa Grande Avenue.
